We have three custom made cheese cabinets in store housing our extensive range of carefully selected cheeses from around the globe including Australia’s finest farmhouse cheeses.

Each cabinet is set at the perfect temperature & humidity to retain precious moisture.

Each week Sophie carefully selects an extensive range to have available for sale.

The larger cheese cabinet is home to our selection of blues and surface ripened cheeses.

We have the full range of local hero Stone and Crow Dairy, made right here in the Yarra Valley, dropped into the store by cheesemaker Jack Holman each week.

We are here to help you decide, offer a taste and share the knowledge of over 25 years in the cheese industry. We want you to leave with the perfect cheese.

Maturation room.

We are so excited to announce that we will soon be maturing cheeses in our brand new maturation room.

Set at the perfect temperature & humidity to bring out the best in cheeses needing more time to develop their special character. Turning, rubbing & brining are just some of the methods we use to ripen the cheeses.
